We are delighted to reveal our 2019 Christmas Fayre menu,
which will be available from 9th November through to 24th December.

We have put together an exciting menu, with a mixture of Christmas classics and delicious alternatives.

Starters

Creamed Celeriac, Hazelnut and Truffle Soup
With goats cheese toasts

Baked Camembert
With honey and pistachios served with toasted onion bread

Smoked Mackerel & Horseradish Fishcake
With carrot and courgetti chips and a herb crème fraiche

Chicken Liver & Chestnut Parfait
With apple and fig chutney and toasted bread

Smoked Duck Breast
With rocket, blue cheese, pear and a beetroot purée

Mains

Roast Turkey Crown
Served on creamed potatoes with roast potatoes, chipolata sausages, stuffing and home-made Yorkshire pudding, with seasonal vegetables

Roast Topside of Beef
Served with creamed potatoes, roast potatoes, home-made Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables

Roasted Lamb Shank
Oven roasted in mulled wine, rosemary and garlic, served with creamed potatoes and a sprout, smoked bacon and red onion sauté

Stuffed Chicken
Chicken breast stuffed with a chestnut and pork stuffing, wrapped in smoked bacon, served with roasted new potatoes, fresh vegetables and a port and cranberry sauce

Fish Medley
Monkfish, salmon, and tuna loin with king prawns in a beurre blanc sauce with your choice of potato and fresh vegetables

Creamy Winter Green Risotto
Winter greens in cream, garlic and white wine with risotto rice, coconut crisps and garlic ciabatta
